Senior Project Worker – Moylena Court & Cedar Court Supported Living

Location: Antrim

Shifts Available: Full Time

Salary: £31,863.77 - £35,016.00

Support People to Live Well, Together – Join Moylena & Cedar Court

At Moylena Court and Cedar Court, we provide 24-hour supported living for adults with enduring mental health conditions. Our service is made up of shared living at Moylena Court, where residents enjoy a strong sense of community, and more independent bungalows at Cedar Court, where support is provided flexibly based on individual needs.

This is a role for someone who brings kindness, initiative and a team spirit, and who wants to support people to live independently, with dignity and confidence.

Across the two services, we support 22 adults aged 22 to 65, offering everything from practical support with daily living to emotional support, advocacy, and social connection. The people we support are warm, funny and full of character, and the team atmosphere is often described as feeling like a family.

At Inspire Wellbeing, our mission is to improve mental health and wellbeing for all. We’re looking for a Senior Project Worker who shares our values and is passionate about supporting people with mental health and addiction needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

🧠 About the Role

As a Senior Project Worker, you will support the Manager and Deputy Manager to lead a team that delivers high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll act as a positive role model, guiding staff and ensuring that care and support plans reflect the unique goals of each individual we support.

You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering and coordinating tailored support using a strengths-based, recovery approach.
Supporting people with their physical and mental health needs, financial planning, tenancy maintenance, and independent living.
Contributing to service planning, rota management, and staff supervision.
Promoting active participation from service users in all aspects of their care.
Liaising with statutory and voluntary partners to ensure the best outcomes.

🤝 What We’re Looking For

Essential:

A professional qualification such as Social Work (NISCC), Nursing (NMC), or Occupational Therapy (HCPC) with 2+ years’ experience in a health and social care setting;
OR
A QCF/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject plus 4+ years’ experience in a social care setting.
Experience motivating service users and working alongside external agencies.
Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends, nights, and on-call where needed).
