About the Role:
The Environmental Education Resource Coordinator will coordinate and develop high-quality educational resources, managing project delivery efficiently from initial planning to evaluation. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will drive effective educational initiatives aimed at fostering environmental awareness and behavioural change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Coordination: Develop and coordinate resources essential for delivering environmental education projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Educational Resource Development: Create engaging and impactful educational materials suitable for primary and post-primary settings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality workshop delivery.
- Training & Quality Assurance: Provide training for stakeholders on educational resources, ensuring high standards and consistent delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Degree-level qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience; minimum 2 years in project coordination/management; teaching qualification with at least 1 year of teaching experience; proven experience developing educational resources and delivering workshops; staff supervision experience.
- Desirable: Experience teaching in post-primary education; familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, MIS, CMS, and project management software; voluntary sector experience.
- Skills: Strong ICT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel).
- Licence: Full current driving licence and access to suitable transport.

Location: Hybrid (Belfast Office, Home & Field-based)
Salary: £29,734 per annum
Contract Type: Temporary (9 months to end April 2026, possible 3-month extension)
