About Us
Cancer Fund for Children is here for children and young people diagnosed with cancer or living with a parent with cancer. They offer support to families in their home, in the community, on the hospital ward and at Daisy Lodge.
Their vision is that no child should face cancer alone.
Every week across the island of Ireland an average of 10 children and young people aged 0-24 years old will be diagnosed with cancer. Cancer Fund for Children is here to help, guide and support families through childhood cancer. Their services include individual support, group support and therapeutic short breaks for the whole family. Through this work they help to empower family members, so they feel better equipped to cope with the emotional impact of cancer
