Could you be our new Fundraising Lead? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team and lead the development and delivery of Love For Life’s Fundraising Strategy.
Role Overview
As Fundraising Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Love For Life’s Fundraising Strategy. In this role you will:
- Have responsibility for delivering income from grant making Trusts & Foundations
- Proactively identify and cultivate a pipeline of diverse funders across agreed project areas
- Develop persuasive cases for support for new and existing projects and strategic programmes of work
- Support the Head of Operations to create and deliver engaging and inspiring fundraising campaigns and initiatives to increase income across one-off, committed, and legacy donors
- Develop the organisation’s fundraising capability and confidence, ensuring all staff can play their part in inspiring generosity to our cause.
Given the current scale of Fundraising activities and part-time nature of the role, expectations of deliverables will be appropriately aligned. The primary focus of the role will be securing income from Trusts & Foundations. It is our hope that this role will grow and evolve in line with the needs of the organisation.
Hours of Employment: 15 hours per week (flexible distribution of hours available)
Location: Hybrid – minimum one day in the Love For Life office (Waringstown)
Salary: £11,954 (equivalent to £29,885 full time)
