About Us

The Presbyterian Church in Ireland’s Council for Social Witness provides high-quality care and support services across Northern Ireland. Their work includes residential care, supported housing, and nursing care for older people, as well as services for individuals with learning or physical disabilities. PCI also offers critical support for people with addictions and works with offenders, fostering rehabilitation and positive change.

With a mission statement of “People matter to God,” PCI is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and creating supportive working environments for their staff teams. Through their network of care homes across Northern Ireland—including locations in Dundonald, Belfast, Omagh, and Bangor—they strive to make a meaningful impact in local communities.

PCI offers a variety of job roles, for example Care Assistants, Home Managers, Support Workers, Domestic Assistants and many more. PCI pride themselves in providing opportunities for professional development and growth. Depending on the role, previous experience is not always required, as full training will be provided
