Youth Support Officer (PT) 2 year fixed term (£25,500 - £32,000 FTE)

Children’s Heartbeat Trust is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Youth Support Officer to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of children & young people living with congenital heart disease in Northern Ireland.

This rewarding part-time role sits within our Family and Youth Services team and focuses on delivering youth and sibling support programmes, organising events and outreach activities, and helping young people build confidence, resilience and meaningful connections with others who understand their journey. You’ll work directly with young people aged 7-10 and their siblings, supported by a passionate team and dedicated volunteers.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is people-focused, creative and motivated to support young people in a caring, community-based setting.
