Who Charity Jobs NI Is Keen to Hear From

Charity Jobs NI would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Experience working in finance, accounts, bookkeeping, payroll or financial administration.
Knowledge of accounting systems such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar finance packages.
Experience processing income and expenditure, invoices, payments, reconciliations or journals.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
Experience supporting management accounts, budgets, cashflow, audit preparation or financial reporting.
An understanding of grant-funded work, funding claims or restricted and unrestricted funds would be helpful for some roles, but is not essential for every opportunity.
Qualifications such as Accounting Technician, AAT, IATI, part-qualified accountancy or equivalent experience may be relevant for some vacancies. However, Charity Jobs NI is also keen to speak with candidates who have developed strong practical finance experience through their career to date.
